Supporting vehicle accesses needs for wheelchair users and carers across Europe is at the heart of what we do here from our operations in Loughborough, via the supply and service of Ricon lifts, ramps and accessories. It is therefore vital for us to continue that service ensuring those that need to, are still able to get out for essential supplies.
Our team have adapted to alternative working practices, some from home, and those in the warehouse remain compliant with the Government’s social distancing guidelines and working practices. We are still continuing to support the UK Ambulance service via our trusted third party engineers as well as the Motability scheme, ensuring any emergency breakdowns are serviced within the same time frame. We have however, had to cease routine services for the time being to ensure public safety and social distancing rules are adhered to.
Whilst we may all not be operating in the same maner, we want to reassure you that we are here for you and in preparation to continue our services, our stock levels were boosted which means there is no problem with the supply of Ricon lifts or ramps.
