Vapor Ricon Europe has achieved the highest standards in a recent quality audit whilst also receiving several commendations during the audit process to retain its ISO 9001:20015 certification.
“This audit shows the commitment of our entire team in delivering quality products and services and was held as interim check to ensure that we were maintaining compliance of our current certification period 2021 – 2024,” said Michael Dickinson, Sales Manager, Vapor Ricon. “It was great to have areas where we had no actions necessary at all and we look forward to maintaining these high standards in the months ahead.”
During the audit the business was found to have zero major non-conformances, zero minor non-conformances and zero opportunity for improvement.
