Vapor Ricon Europe is delighted to welcome Amanda Bradshaw as the company’s new Customer Support and Aftercare Administrator, further strengthening its commitment to delivering exceptional service and support to customers across the UK and Europe and the Middle East.
Amanda joins the business with a strong background in customer service and operational support, having previously worked within a large telecommunications company. Her experience includes managing sales queries, creating orders, coordinating engineer visits, and providing timely solutions to client enquiries, all skills that will prove invaluable in ensuring a seamless experience for Vapor Ricon customers.
Speaking about her new role, Amanda said: “I’m delighted to be joining Vapor Ricon. I’m looking forward to taking on new responsibilities and working with a new team. It’s a great chance to grow and develop while bringing my experience from another industry to add real value to Vapor Ricon and its customers.”
